About Your Instructor
Sherri Lane started making jewelry 30 years ago but found her niche when she took a metalsmithing class at the local university. She has developed her metal fabrication skills and techniques by working with teachers and mentors of different styles, which always bring a new perspective to her creations. Her organic, freeform designs combine metals, shapes and textures into wearable works of art. Her aim as a jewelry designer and fabricator is to make statement pieces that are versatile for travel, wherever you are going.
She works in her Texas studio, creating jewelry, vessels and sculptures.
